From Henry’s Church of England Baptism Certificate it appears the family lived on Back Street, his father was “Lawyer, D.Y.” and the ceremony was performed by Thomas William McGurrie. The handwriting is not clear.
Henry was a witness at the wedding of James Nelson Gardner and Eliza Alice Dane, 2 Dec 1852.

Sarah H. Goldfinch died 1 August 1873 at the age of 25 in Curacao, British West Indies. She was buried after 1 August 1873 at Yarmouth Mountain Cemetery site G-15 Parents: Henry R. Goldfinch.

Notes for Arthur (Child 5)
Arthur, Chief Mate on the barque Bachelors, registered in Maitland (now Port Maitland), was washed overboard on a passage from New Orleans to Rouen, France. His name will appear on the Lost to the Sea memorial to be opened on the Yarmouth waterfront in the spring of 2013.
