No fretting day the freed spirit numbers, Blessed are they who in Jesus repose<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Abigail was born about April 1829 and died 20 Sept 1852, age 23 years 5 months. She was the daughter of Theophilus Crosby and his first wife, Catherine Welch.<\/p>\n<p>Abigail married, probably about 1850, Abijah Raymond, son of Abijah and Zilpha (Crocker) Raymond. Abigail and Abijah probably had only one child, Annie, who was born about 1851. Abigail\u2019s death may have been connected with the birth of Annie. Following Abigail\u2019s death Abijah married Mary Shehan by whom he had seven children. The family, including Annie, were living in Boston in 1870.<\/p>\n<p>Also buried in Founders Cemetery are Abigail\u2019s father Theophilus, her step-mother Margaret, a brother John, two step-brothers both named Ansel, and a step-sister Elizabeth. Abijah\u2019s mother, Zilpha, is also buried there.
